The company

In my role as a notary, I support your company throughout its entire life cycle - from its foundation and growth to the eventual handover to the next generation or sale. Managing a company is demanding and involves a wide variety of risks, including personal liability. This is why legal protection by a notary is essential. This way, you can rest assured that all legal aspects of your company management are covered while you concentrate on the business aspects.  

The notary notarizes company formations as well as the drafting of articles of association: these include partnerships - such as (e)GbR, oHG or KG - as well as corporations - including UG (haftungsbeschränkt), GmbH or AG -, also in the form of a GmbH & Co. KG - with a GmbH as the personally liable partner of a limited partnership.

Notarial activities also include partnerships for freelance professionals such as doctors, tax consultants, architects and engineers.

The notary is also involved in applications to the commercial register, as well as the appointment and dismissal of managing directors of a GmbH or authorized signatories.

If a contract for the purchase and transfer of company shares is pending, notarial involvement is necessary (GmbH) or advisable (KG).

The notary accompanies entrepreneurial decisions with his advice - be it in questions of changing the company form, company succession or with regard to questions of family and inheritance law.
